Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient

CareerStaff Unlimited is one of the leaders in Staffing Pharmacy Professionals nationwide. One of our major clients is now hiring a Sterile Compounding experienced Pharmacy Technician in Encinitas!

BENEFITS FOR A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN:

• Up to $21 per hour!
• Tuesday - Saturday, 10a - 6:30p
• 40 Hours per week!
• 1/4/2021 - 4/17/2021
  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  
• Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment
• At least 1 year experience of inpatient experience
• PTCB certification, preferred
• Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization
• Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must
  
  JOB DESCRIPTION:
  
• Work with cutting edge technology compounding specialized and complex therapies that are administered
• Product preparation, compounding sterile products, and maintaining the pharmacy clean room suite to 797 requirements
• Documentation of IV admixture and clean room suite sterility testing
• Complete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacist
• Inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reports
• Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs
