Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Controller & Administrative
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare financial reports and execute month-end and year-end
close
Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and administer employee
benefits paperwork
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is
required
5+ years of progressive financial accounting experience
required
Background in digital or service-based businesses
(non-manufacturing/non-inventory) required
Expert-level QuickBooks Online proficiency is required
Payroll processing experience is required
