is looking for a dynamic and motivated CPA Tax Manager to lead and
manage multiple tax engagements, provide excellent service to our
clients, and generate new business opportunities. Their firm

on services in tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting, and

leading accounting firms. As a Tax Manager, you will review federal
and state income taxes, build new and existing client
relationships, prepare internal documents, provide technical
training to staff, manage performance, develop new business
opportunities, and more. To be considered for this exciting
opportunity, you should have over 6 years of recent experience in
public accounting with a national, large regional, or technically
proficient local firm, a CPA certification, and experience in a

Job Details As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing federal and state income taxes for individuals,
businesses, trusts & estates, and exempt organizations Building and
maintaining strong client relationships and demonstrating knowledge
of various industries Preparing internal memoranda, written
correspondence/guidance, private letter rulings, and other
documents for submission to the IRS, Treasury Department, or other
taxing authorities Providing technical training to staff members
and managing their performance and development Managing multiple
clients, budgets, and productivity goals Engaging in business
development activities to help grow the firm Required
Qualifications CPA certification 6-10 years of recent experience in
public accounting with a national, large regional, or technically
proficient firm 3 years of experience in a management or
supervisory position Strong proficiency in corporate, partnership,
and individual returns Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written
communication skills Strong accounting and analytical skills Strong
computer skills: proficiency in Tax software, Excel, Word Ability
to develop new business opportunities for the firm. Detail-oriented
and ability to multi-task Preferred Qualifications Master's degree
in Taxation is a plus Expertise in estate and trust returns
