Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized speech-language pathology services through telespeech
to students in a school setting located in Wilmington, DE. This
contract role focuses on delivering effective remote therapy
sessions that support students communication development and
academic progress. Key responsibilities include: Conducting
comprehensive speech and language evaluations via telepractice
platforms. Developing and implementing individualized treatment
plans tailored to each student's needs. Monitoring student progress
and adjusting therapy strategies accordingly. Collaborating with
educators, families, and other professionals to support student
communication goals. Maintaining accurate documentation and
compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Participating
in virtual meetings and professional development as needed.
Qualifications and experience: Valid state licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist. Proficiency in telepractice technology
and remote service delivery. Experience providing speech-language
services in educational settings. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate students
through virtual platforms. Knowledge of current speech-language
pathology best practices and educational standards. Location:
