Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer for the JAPAC
region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers in the
JAPAC region
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues and
improve product functionality
Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and
customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably
in software or cloud services
Strong understanding of software development processes and
tools
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is
preferred
