A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Shared
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and grow a high-performing engineering
organization
Develop and execute technical and organizational strategies focused
on scalability and client experience improvements
Directly manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment
between engineering teams and business partners
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with at least 5+
years at or above the senior manager level
Strong track record of building, scaling, and leading engineering
organizations
Expertise in change management and talent development
Understanding of modern software development practices, including
Agile and CI/CD
Ability to define and drive technical strategy and organizational
outcomes
