Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership and team members to prioritize and
execute the product roadmap
Own the end-to-end development of new AI features, from prototype
to implementation
Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code while establishing
best practices for the technology team
Required Qualifications
12+ years of full-time software development experience, including
React
5+ years of experience in system design or architecture
Product mindset with an understanding of customer needs
Solid background in algorithms and data structures
Experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative
models and LLMs
