What You'll Do

• Engage in collaborative problem-solving with senior engineers to enhance technical processes.
  
• Design and implement marketing journeys leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  
• Seamlessly integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with various data sources and platforms.
  
• Optimize marketing operations by automating email and push notification workflows, ensuring continuous calibration of campaigns to enhance engagement and performance.
  
• Develop and generate custom reports while managing data exports to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
  
• Work collaboratively across business functions to develop technical solutions utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Journey Builder, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Audience Builder, and Interaction Studio.
  
• Proactively monitor sales and marketing automation processes, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless operations.
  
• Stay informed about product updates and assess their implications for the business, ensuring the organization leverages the latest features and improvements.
  
  What You'll Bring
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  
• 5+ years of work experience focusing on the design, development, and implementation of marketing projects involving data and engineering.
  
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methods and strong critical thinking skills.
  
• Experience with developing AMP Script; proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, or a combination is highly advantageous.
  
• Extensive experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud through cloud connectors, data extensions, and external systems via APIs.
  
• Experience with Salesforce solutions such as Financial Services Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Data Cloud is strongly desired.
  
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin, Email Specialist, Developer, and Consultant.
  
  Pay Range: $109,650 - $146,175 annually. This is an estimate; pay depends on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
