Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year A bit about us: We specialize in developing a comprehensive range of hardware solutions for the dental implant industry. Our company designs and manufactures implant componentry for single units, bridges, and full-arch restorations. By collaborating closely with both local and international dental laboratories, we deliver high-quality, long-lasting hardware made from premium materials and engineered to the highest standards. What We Offer: Competitive base pay and overall compensation package Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidays Life Insurance coverage 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test CNC programs for a variety of medical devices using CAD/CAM software such as PowerMill, SolidWorks, and Siemens. Create and edit 3D models and technical drawings according to project specifications. Operate CNC machines and inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Set up and calibrate CNC machines, tools, and equipment using CMM and Heidenhein systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in CNC programming and manufacturing. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming Proven experience with medical devices manufacturing is a plus. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Extensive knowledge of 3D modeling and technical drawing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Must stay current with industry trends and the latest technologies in CNC programming and manufacturing.
