Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Performs basic
technical services at a customer site or in the field. Job Duties:
Installs, adjusts, maintains, and repairs company products
Maintains a parts inventory and uses a variety of small tools and
follows guidelines or instructions established by the organization
Refers more complex services to Field Service Representatives or
Field Service Engineers Maintains service or maintenance records
Attributes: Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles
complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex
issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of
subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to
a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
