Job Title: Senior Director TreasuryDepartment: FinanceLocation: Oceanside or LaJolla CAFLSA Classification: ExemptReports to: CFOStatus: Full-TimeDate approved or revised: February 2023Position SummaryThis position collaborates with other functional areas of FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Tax, Payables, Receivables, and Audit to ensure forward planning and execution of the Treasury and Cash Flow of the business. Responsible for all areas of Treasury Operations. This role will assist in the analysis, execution and implementation of corporate finance strategies including capital structure, financing initiatives and other projects tied to improvements in working capital and cash forecasting. Responsible for the projects that encompass changes to systems and processes aimed at removing inefficiencies, reducing manual work, and positioning the company for scalability and growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding* Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash* Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections* Oversee the daily cash activities to ensure that we maintain the proper operating liquidity and meet all debt obligations* Provide liquidity and debt exposure tactical and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supported by analysis as market events/strategic direction warrants* Develop and evolve Treasury policies and procedures* Own the 13W and long-term liquidity forecasting models and run weekly variance analysis and related review meetings* Develop and integrate liquidity forecasting processes for acquired companies* Monitor and report on initiatives designed to improve working capital performance* Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships* Negotiate bank and service fees* Implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations* Supervise borrowings and repayment of revolving facilities, including Factoring program* Monitor and ensure Company compliance with financial covenants* Ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operational and capital investment needs* Support leasing analysis and pricing.* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
