Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager who lives in the Los Angeles, San Diego, or Southern California areas.

This position will involve the primary development of Southern California and, secondarily, western Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and parts of New Mexico.

The role entails close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Service to implement sales and market positioning strategies, particularly targeting retail hardware chains, stores, and two-step distributors.

The individual will also collaborate with Rep agency members and two-step distributors' representatives to foster the growth of regional accounts.

This role requires 50% travel, and candidates with existing travel experience in their sales roles are preferred. Travel beyond 4 hours will be eligible for flights, and all related expenses, including mileage, will be reimbursed. Weekday travel is expected, with 3-5 weekends annually dedicated to required Trade Shows.

Benefits:

In addition to a competitive base salary ($65,000 - $80,000 per year) and a bonus program (up to $15,000), we offer a company car program (additional $6,000 annually), health and dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a company match provision. Compensation will be determined on an individualized basis, considering factors such as location, qualifications, education, skills, and experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant retail experience.

A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills

The candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Essential skills include strategic selling, planning, and organizational capabilities.
