Responsibilities:
--- Manage logistics related to listings, including flyers, videos, and open house assignments.
--- Oversee photo shoots and delegate tasks as needed.
--- Ensure consistency in marketing materials, SOPs, and social media presence.
--- Lead on database management, Google Suite, technology and software, and client reviews.
--- Support the Team Lead in organizing team meetings and training sessions.
--- Monitor P&L reports and assist with budget management.

Qualifications:
--- Experience in operations management on a real estate team.
--- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational goals.
--- Strong leadership and team management skills.
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
--- Proficiency in budget planning and financial management.
