Job Description:
A company is looking for a Services Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for service-related matters,
coordinating between customers and internal teams
Develop and communicate clear action plans, ensuring accountability
and ownership
Analyze data and trends to enhance service delivery and prepare
reports for operational reviews
Required Qualifications
6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with large
technical accounts
Strong understanding of Customer Support environments
Knowledge in technical areas such as core & edge routing, switching
technologies, or network management
BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent project management
experience is desirable
