Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agency Management Specialist to
oversee retail agency onboarding and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage retail agency onboarding, including document verification
and communication with agencies
Supervise offshore teams, ensuring work standards and training,
while recommending workflow improvements
Maintain accurate records of producing agencies, including mergers
and acquisitions, and manage legal contract documentation
Required Qualifications
Three years of experience in agency management or a related
insurance role
Familiarity with agency management systems and in-house IT systems;
knowledge of IMS or Salesforce is a plus
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal
and external stakeholders
Proven adaptability and professional growth in evolving agency
management functions
Strong initiative and accountability in a fast-paced
environment
