test engineering teams and develop optimized test automation
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead multiple teams of test engineers, promoting a
culture of innovation and growth
Drive the development of scalable test automation frameworks and
establish measurable quality goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies
with project objectives and customer needs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Test Engineering and quality assurance
in complex environments
5+ years of experience in test engineering management and mentoring
teams
Proven success in developing and executing test engineering
strategies and roadmaps
Expertise in automated test tools, CI/CD pipelines, and programming
in Java
Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous testing
practices
