Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Denials (Revenue
Cycle Management).
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for the Denials Department,
including team management and training
Develop and implement a denials/appeals management program for all
payer types
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing
client relationships and project execution
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; High school diploma or GED
required
10+ years of management or supervisory experience
8+ years of experience in the healthcare field
7+ years of client-facing/customer service experience
Strong understanding of insurance payer/provider claims
processing
