Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Senior Living and Private Collection.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations related to private pay collections and revenue management across multiple Senior Living communities
Manage a team of revenue cycle managers and review financial statements to ensure compliance with state regulations
Act as a liaison between corporate leadership, facility teams, and external partners to optimize revenue and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5-7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, private pay collections, or financial operations within Senior Living or healthcare environments
Strong knowledge of state regulations and industry best practices related to private pay billing and collections
Proficiency in financial statement analysis, revenue reporting, and accounts receivable management
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) certification preferred
