Job Description:
A company is looking for a Privacy Program Manager to support
and enhance its global privacy program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the operational aspects of the global privacy
program
Ensure compliance with global data privacy laws, including GDPR,
CCPA, and LGPD
Manage Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact
Assessments (DPIAs) related to biometric data processing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Information Security, or a
related field (Master's degree or JD is a plus)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in privacy, data protection, or
compliance roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS
environment
Professional certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT
are highly desirable
Strong understanding of global privacy laws and biometric data
protection requirements
Experience conducting PIAs, DPIAs, and managing privacy
frameworks
