Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide creative direction across a team of media
producers
Collaborate on strategic media production opportunities that align
with product and business strategy
Mentor and develop talent within the team to enhance industry
knowledge and individual growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree, certification, or relevant
experience
8 years of proven experience in media, with mastery of research and
production principles
2+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of
building and leading teams
Proven success in developing collaborative working relationships at
all levels
Highly technical skills in media production and editing
