Key Responsibilities
Lead development, implementation, and measurement of student
outcomes strategy
Manage day-to-day operations of student-facing coordinators against
performance metrics
Design and develop workshops for career/professional development
and transfer readiness
Required Qualifications
Experience building systems and processes that support team and
student success
Thorough understanding of career and university transfer best
practices and regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to capture and analyze quantifiable data for
industry innovation
Over 3 years of experience leading a distributed team in
performance measurement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
