Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Field
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business
objectives
Manage congress activities, including booth design, KOL
engagements, and compliance training
Oversee budget accountability and manage external agencies to meet
project objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Marketing, Strategy, or Business
Administration preferred
10 years of marketing or sales experience in the bio-pharmaceutical
industry, with 3 years in congress marketing or speaker bureau
management
Experience in developing engagement plans for thought leaders and
managing congress strategy
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in financial management and budgeting capabilities
