Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of BI tooling and
infrastructure for various business areas
Lead the strategy for company-wide reporting platforms and
physician analytics tools
Direct a diverse team of BI professionals while maintaining data
quality and governance
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience leading a data-focused team in an analytical
or developmental role
8+ years of experience in the healthcare data space, particularly
with Medicare Advantage
Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and multiple BI tools (e.g.,
Tableau, Power BI)
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related
field; master's degree preferred
Experience with quality of care performance and operational
metrics
