Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of PMs to develop global strategic Precision Medicine
Plans
Manage project plans, timelines, risk management, and communication
for various assets
Ensure effective partnerships and manage resource, financial, and
capacity assessments
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 8 years, or
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
10+ years of industry experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical,
or Healthcare
Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional drug development
teams
PMP certification or advanced project management skills
Experience in late-stage research and all phases of development
