Grow Through Life Counseling

We are hiring a licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to lead the Chula Vista office! Our clinicians are competent and passionate about their work. We believe in doing better by growing and learning at ages. We support each other as a practice community with local social events and practice-wide continuing education courses. We strive to be the best place you'll ever work! We use best practices in legal and ethical matters. We have monthly team consultation meetings for all licensed team members. We have a happy, dynamic team and are run by clinicians so compliance with law and ethics and protection of your license is a high value and part of our ethos.

Responsibilities

• At our practice, you are provided full-service intake, billing, and all referrals.
• Monthly consultation meetings for licensed staff.
• Longevity and loyalty matter for patient care so our team members who have the longest track record are compensated for this while they are able to provide the best long-term patient experience.
• One year minimum commitment at the start, but hopefully a long-term commitment with our team! Qualifications
  • Counseling youth and loving this work: 2+ years (required)
  • Understanding of child development and needs at various stages
  • Understanding of childhood mental health disorders
  • Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines
  • Documentation in a timely way (within policy guidelines)
  • Prior experience in outpatient counseling (preferred)
  • Experience working with military families (preferred)
  • Experience as an effective outpatient provider (preferred)
  • Prior Telehealth experience (preferred)
  • Desire to connect with the team and attend social events (preferred)
  • Willingness to work with couples (preferred)
  • Military populations experience (preferred)

    $114,400+ yearly
