This role is pivotal to our organization, as you will be leading the development and execution of our clinical strategies. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Clinical Development, Oncology, and executive leadership. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of our clinical programs as well as the data collection activities. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the relevant field. Responsibilities:1. Provide strategic and operational leadership for the design and execution of clinical development programs.2. Develop and implement clinical development plans, protocols, and study reports.3. Ensure the successful execution of clinical trials within specified timelines and budgets.4. Oversee data interpretation and present clinical trial results to internal and external stakeholders.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of clinical strategies with business objectives.6. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and regulatory authorities.7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards for clinical trials.8. Lead and mentor a team of clinical development professionals.9. Participate in business development activities, including due diligence evaluations and negotiations.Qualifications:1. Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (MD, PhD, PharmD).2. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in clinical development, with a focus on oncology.3. Prior experience in a leadership role such as Head, Director, President, or VP.4. Extensive knowledge of clinical trial design, implementation, and regulatory requirements.5. Proven track record in the successful execution of clinical development programs.6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.7. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.10.
