Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Insights and Retention
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support client relationships and manage client retention
efforts
Develop financial, sales, and activity reports to aid the sales
team
Oversee Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and maintain
vendor databases
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of analytical or sales support experience,
preferably in stop loss or healthcare
Ability to obtain a Health & Life license within six months
Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Power BI and
Excel
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet
deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
