Hills, California, 92653! Job Title: NICU III Charge Nurse

Advanced NRP Must-Have: - Charge experience - Experience attending
high-risk deliveries - Ability to float as needed Description:
Seeking a NICU III Charge Nurse. The facility requires a minimum of
3 years of NICU IV experience. Charge experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have experience attending high-risk deliveries.
Floating to L&D may be required, as well as between other
departments. Travelers will be scheduled as needed to meet the
unit's demands. On-call requirements do not apply. Documentation
will be done using an electronic system. BLS, NRP, and Advanced NRP
certifications are required. Pre-approved time off is at the
manager's discretion and must be included at submission. Candidates
must have experience with various NICU skills, including but not
limited to: NICU IV, Colostomy/Ileostomy care, ICP monitoring,
Therapeutic hypothermia. Additional skills needed include attending
high-risk deliveries and managing respiratory distress. Candidates
should also have experience with blood glucose monitoring and IV
management. Abilities in patient and family education,
developmental care, and thermoregulation are necessary. Candidates
will be working with neonates and infants. The role will involve
collaboration with an interdisciplinary team for patient care.
Candidates should be prepared to manage a variety of high-acuity
situations. Time-off requests must be presented at the time of
submission. Floating within the hospital based on census is
expected. Previous permanent staff are not eligible for this role.
References will be required, and candidates must provide a
reference within 2 years. Candidates must ensure they have no
