– Physical Therapist Department: Physical Therapy / Pelvic Health
Reports to: Executive Director of Clinical Operations Position
Summary: This leadership role oversees the Pelvic Health Therapy
Program, driving clinical excellence, team development, and program
growth. In addition to providing direct patient care, the Head of
Pelvic Health mentors team members, supports recruitment and
onboarding, contributes to performance reviews, and collaborates on
strategic initiatives, marketing efforts, and physician outreach.
Key Responsibilities: Clinical (Approx. 95%) Deliver high-quality
pelvic health physical therapy services. Program Leadership &
Development (Approx. 5%) Team Growth: Support recruitment,
onboarding, and retention of pelvic health clinicians. Mentorship &
Education: Lead monthly team huddles, provide ongoing training, and
stay current with best practices. Performance Management: Provide
input for team members' performance reviews and lead follow-up
coaching. Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with marketing and
engage physicians to support program visibility and referral
growth. Communication & Reporting: Maintain regular communication
with leadership and team, participate in key meetings, and provide
program updates. Meetings & Collaboration: Attend monthly clinic
management meetings, team huddles, and 1:1 check-ins with team
members and leadership. Participate in additional meetings as
needed for special projects or initiatives. Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist with expertise in pelvic health (State
of California). Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring
skills. Passion for program development and professional
growth.
