support patients in living the healthiest lives possible. When you

healthiest lives possible.” About this role: As a Dermatologist you
will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to
providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this
role you will be an employed Medical Group Dermatologist within a
large non-for-profit health system. This area has a strong
community need for dermatology care, and you will have the
opportunity to grow cosmetic and medical services within this
practice. You will have full MA, RN, scheduling support in clinic
along with collegial support from the Park City Dermatology Group.
This position includes a guaranteed starting base salary of
$565,000 /annually, a $15,000 starting bonus and up to $20,000 in
relocation assistance when applicable You will practice at Heber
Valley Specialty Clinic in Heber City, UT as the sole Dermatology
provider with 2 dedicated procedural and 3 dedicated exam rooms
Clinic is open Monday - Friday and you will work (4) 10-hour days

DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of
medicine ACGME Residency training in Dermatology Board
certification or eligibility in Dermatology Active, unobstructed
Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one Full
prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain

City, UT The Heber Valley is nestled in Utah's Wasatch Mountains,
only 45-minute drive from Salt Lake City and adjacent to Park City.
It was a venue for both cross-country skiing and biathlon during
the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. It continues to offer convenient
access to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and the
Canyons. It also features five championship golf courses and
blue-ribbon fly fishing. Year-round activities include
snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, horseback riding,
mountain biking, camping, boating, hot air ballooning, water
sports, scuba diving, and more. In addition, unique area
attractions include the historic, steam-driven Heber Valley
Railroad, beautiful Cascade Springs and other scenic drives, three
reservoirs, four ski resorts and three national forests/state parks
within 45–50-minute drive. Heber Valley Hospital is a 19-bed
facility, housing three operating rooms, one procedure room, nine
surgical recovery rooms, seven ER treatment rooms, and 170
employees. It offers an Urgent Care clinic, full-service emergency
department, 24/7 lab, Dexa-scanner, digital mammography, and
physical therapy. Physical Requirements: Physical Requirements
Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as
well as hear and understand spoken information. Operate computers,
telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the
ability to move fingers and hands. See and read computer monitors
and documents. Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time
to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
