Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy
techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill
development. - Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to
children, following the treatment plan and collecting data on
progress. - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other
professionals to ensure consistency in treatment and support. -
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making
adjustments as needed. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of
client progress and treatment outcomes. Requirements: - High School
Diploma, or college degree in psychology, special education, or a
related field. - Experience and a love for children and learning
development - Strong observation and data collection skills. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work
independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. -
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children reach
their full potential. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per
