Job Description:
A health service company is searching for a person to fill their
position for a Remote Clinician Recruiter.
Must be able to:
Own the strategy to recruit a range of diverse physicians
Maintain candidate pipelines and workflows in our applicant
tracking system
Engage and partner with business leaders in order to understand
their talent needs
Position Requirements Include:
5+ years of recent experience recruiting Urgent Care or Primary
Care MD, DO, PA, NP a
Deep sourcing and diversity recruiting strategy experience while
utilizing a variety of resources
Success building robust candidate pipelines and improving
recruiting processes
Flexible with the ability to thrive in a changing and fast-paced
work environment
