Make an Impact Where Strategy Meets People Are you a strategic
compensation expert ready to build something from the ground up?
We’re seeking a Director of Compensation & Job Architecture to lead
the design and implementation of scalable compensation and job
architecture frameworks across our U.S. operations. This is a newly
created, high-visibility individual contributor role reporting
directly to the SVP of HR. You’ll work closely with HR leadership
and senior executives to modernize our total rewards structure,
align pay with performance, and support the rollout of a new HCM
system (Dayforce) going live in 2026. Why You’ll Thrive Here
Strategic Influence: Collaborate with HR and executive leadership
on a foundational initiative that will drive long-term talent
success. Build From the Ground Up: Lead the creation of job
architecture, career pathways, and compensation plans across
salaried, hourly, and leadership roles. High-Impact Scope: Support
compensation design across a national footprint of corporate and
multi-location distribution operations. Growth Potential: This role
is a launchpad—while it’s individual contributor now, it may evolve
into a leadership position over time. What You’ll Do Design and
implement comprehensive compensation structures, including base
pay, bonus/incentives, and equity alignment. Create and roll out
scalable job architecture frameworks including job leveling,
titles, and career paths. Partner with HR leaders to evaluate and
update job descriptions and salary ranges for all departments. Use
compensation analytics and modeling to support annual merit
reviews, pay equity, internal alignment, and strategic decision-
making. Train and guide managers across the organization on new
compensation frameworks and policies. Ensure all programs align
with our Dayforce HCM implementation (go-live 1/1/2026).
Collaborate with legal and HR teams to maintain compliance with
compensation regulations across multiple states. Your First 6–12
Months Draft and implement an updated enterprise-wide compensation
plan. Audit, evaluate, and revise salary ranges across departments
and job families. Lead and deliver manager training on new
compensation practices and programs. Partner with HR to develop or
refresh job descriptions and career frameworks for each location.
What You’ll Bring 10 years of progressive compensation experience,
ideally supporting multi-location workforces (distribution, retail,
or operations experience preferred). Proven expertise in job
evaluation, market pricing, and salary band development. Advanced
Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling); Power BI or similar
tools a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder
management skills. Experience working with or preparing for HCM
platform implementations (e.g., Dayforce, Workday). Bachelor’s
degree required; CCP or CMS preferred. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar
certification is a plus Interested in hearing more? Easy Apply now
