Software Test Engineer needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA!

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

• 
  
• Hands on experience with software development testing and automation scripting.
  
• Analyzing user requirements utilizing Business process diagrams, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, use case diagrams.
  
• Create and execute test protocols for software Verification.
  
  
  What You'll Be Doing:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Responsible for working on projects that will enhance and upgrade custom developed (Java, C#/.Net) manufacturing workflow applications and configured manufacturing applications. Validation test protocols Perform deployment activities and user support throughout hypercare period. Run automation test scrips to test software developments
    
  • Maintain software lifecycle documentation incl. User Requirements, System Requirements, Configuration Specifications, Risk Assessments, Test Plans, Test Protocols, and Test Reports. Participate in requirements gathering workshops to elicit business/user requirements.
    
  • Analyze user requirements utilizing Business process diagrams, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, use case diagrams. Demo application enhancements to the stakeholders. Create and execute test protocols for software Verification. Create and maintain automated test scripts with Ranorex
    
    
    What You Need to Bring to the Table:
    
    
    • 
      
    • B.S. degree or higher.
      
    • Five (5) - Eight (8) years of experience of software development testing and automation scripting Strong analytical skills, tech savvy, fast learner, can successfully work independently and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
      
    • Experience with C# / .NET core programming, highly desired
      
    • Experience developing automation test scripts is mandatory
      
    • Experience working with Manufacturing or workflow-based software application, desired
      
    • Experience working with APIs / integrated applications, preferably with Lab Automation software, desired
