Job Description:
A software and application quality company has an open position
for a Remote Software Community Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Manage large contingents of testers
Research and suggest social media and external recruiting platforms
to help drive traffic to our projects
Work with multiple internal teams to help identify, recruit and
match testers with the specific needs of our customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Experience recruiting and staffing projects requiring hundreds of
qualified participants
2+ years' experience in recruiting, community management, project
management or digital marketing
Ability to logically break down and prioritize issues based off of
urgency and severity
Strong communication skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or
similar applications) a must
Ability to conceive and execute complex projects
