Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Lead in Knowledge
Informatics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and execution of data ETL,
management, and engineering processes
Provide hands-on support in building the next-generation knowledge
informatics platform
Develop user interfaces for curation and data maintenance tools
based on user requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or
equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a relevant domain
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, with experience
in full-stack development
Strong background in front-end web development and Microsoft SQL
Server
Experience with controlled vocabularies, medical ontologies, and
ACMG guidelines is advantageous
