Opportunities made real Volt is immediately hiring for Migration Desktop Specialist in San Diego, California. As a Migration Desktop Specialist, you will: Working from a ticket queue in Service Now -Image Windows laptops using Autopilot -Contact users and validate information provided -Establish user profiles on laptop -Package and ship laptops including label to return currently deployed laptop. -Receive and process returned laptops. -Work with shipping department to ensure items are shipped on a timely basis -Provide support to users in open support sessions and tickets This is a Full-time opportunity.
