Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic, business-minded legal advice on a variety of
contracts
Develop contract forms, templates, and processes in collaboration
with stakeholders
Lead contract negotiations and special projects to enhance legal
support for the business
Required Qualifications
JD degree and admitted to practice in the U.S
8+ years of transactional experience in a global law firm and/or
in-house legal department
Experience with contract management systems
Experience serving as a business partner to senior leaders
Global supply chain experience is preferred
