Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Hybrid or
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal and compliance support to corporate functions and
business units
Advise on business, legal, and regulatory matters including
contracts and governance
Assist in developing processes to improve team efficiency and
scalability
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic
background
Current attorney license in good standing, with Minnesota bar
admission required
At least 5 years of practice in corporate law, preferably with
large law firm or in-house experience
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a
plus
