The firm operates within a collaborative, fast-paced litigation environment emphasizing procedural accuracy, client advocacy, and operational excellence. Position Summary The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation by managing filings, discovery, deadlines, and case documentation. This role plays a critical function in ensuring compliance with court rules and maintaining organized, litigation-ready case files. Key Responsibilities Assist with drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling legal documents Communicate professionally with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation Manage and calendar court deadlines and appearances Propound and respond to discovery requests Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation paralegal experience Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules Experience with electronic filing in state and federal courts Familiarity with California discovery rules Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and organizational discipline Comfort working in a paperless environment Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute Preferred Qualifications · Prior experience supporting personal injury litigation matters
