Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift (Pharma Manufacturing) Overnight Leadership Role | Sterile & Aseptic Manufacturing Shift: Sunday night – Friday morning | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in GMP-regulated, sterile or aseptic environments who thrives in fast-paced production settings. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise overnight production operations Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards Execute production schedules and drive efficiency Review batch records, SOPs, and production documentation Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement Coach, train, and develop manufacturing staff What You Bring 5–7 years of pharma manufacturing or packaging experience Experience in sterile/aseptic processing required Proven team leadership skills Strong knowledge of GMP operations and documentation Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field Why This Role Lead a dedicated 3rd shift team High-impact role in a regulated pharmaceutical environment Opportunity to drive quality, safety, and operational excellence Schedule: Sunday night through Friday morning | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Target Salary Range: $100,000 - 120,000
