Responsibilities:

Gryphon Technologies is seeking an Auxiliaries Systems SME in support of COMNAVSURFPAC Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) to support:

• 
  Sailor centric deck plate training assists
• 
  Support analysis, recommendations, corrective actions and post-action reporting with crews as they prepare for major evolutions, certifications and inspections
• 
  Identify performance/operational weaknesses
  
• Provide training and expertise to facilitate improved operational readiness
  Qualifications:
  
  Candidates must have over twenty years of experience with the operations and maintenance of auxiliary systems aboard US Navy warships or military auxiliary.
  
  Candidates must have direct operational and maintenance experience, within the last five years, with auxiliary equipment and systems currently in use by the Navy, including experience with diesel engines, gasoline internal combustion engines, potable water systems, compressed air/gas systems, air conditioning systems, fuel/lube oil systems, and ventilation systems.
  
  One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
