Job Description:
A mortgage lender has an open position for a Remote Senior Loan
Processor. Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Processing residential mortgage loan files from initial application
to funding Reviewing loan application and gathering loan documents
from the customer and third parties Preparing file for loan closing
and coordinate with all necessary parties involved Applicants must
meet the following qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience
in Mortgage Processing Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA
guidelines Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skills Strong working knowledge of Encompass High
level of accuracy and attention to detail
