------AERMOR LLC -is seeking -qualified candidates to -participate in Exercise and Experimentation (including war gaming) to support the capability assessment of the proposed initiatives under study. Candidates shall collect and perform analyses of both JExNet user requirements and other experimentation data. This shall include the analysis of CRC related capabilities including tactics, techniques and procedures to develop new doctrine, operational methodologies and missions, identification of potential threats, vulnerabilities, risks, safeguards, performance indicators and countermeasures. Responsibilities Include:

• Perform feasibility analyses of systems or operational concepts, including a cost/benefit analysis.
• Research and develop technical analyses and assessment reports for integration of new initiative requirements, capabilities and training.
• Shall research and develop reports, documents and assessments for mapping naval, theater and joint plans and programs to cyber capability requirements.
• Shall work within the JExNet for items associated with data repositories, experimentation pipelines, experimentation data and results.
• Collect Joint Experimentation Network (JExNet) user requirements.
• Collaborate with experimentation data repositories to enable JExNet pipeline access for experimentation data sources allowing shared access to experimentation results.
• Providing technical assistance to the RDER project in using JExNet.
• Assist data producers and consumers to join the "JExNet" federation and build data solutions around the "JExNet" hub to use operationally.
• Support the integration of JExNet work with RDER work areas and processes.
• Ensure that JExNet users have the ability to contribute event data, including results, reports, and other supporting documents.
• Ensure that JExNet users link their analytic events to the JWC and the Functional Battles Desired Skills and Experience: -
  • 8+ years of direct work experience with Joint C4ISR and Data Systems, to include: IT Analysis and Assessment, IT Design and Definition, Development of Computer Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment and Power Integration, Knowledge Management systems Information Security, and Test & Evaluation Criteria of C4ISR requirements.
  • Specific experience should include: understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes; thorough understanding of task related Operating Systems (i.e., MS NT, UNIX) and their integration including: designing, specifying, configuring, installing, and maintaining local area network hardware, software, and telecommunications services such as computers, system software, power distribution, software applications, printers, servers, routers, bridges, and switches.     • Desired Education: BS degree in Electrical, Software, or Systems
