Join our team as Supervisor, Imaging Services at Scripps Mercy
Hospital in Chula Vista and collaborate with our energetic and
respected team to provide excellent care to the San Diego
community. You will provide guidance and oversight over X-Ray and
CT as well as other modalities. The ideal candidate will have the
opportunity to learn and develop new skills every day with the
support of a caring and friendly team.\n\n As Supervisor, Imaging
Services you will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of
staff to provide clinical care within a single business unit. You
will ensure imaging staff reflects established standards per
regulatory requirements of care and practice and a culture that
promotes patient safety. Under the general direction of the Patient
Care Manager, you will share leadership responsibilities for the
imaging department, including managing daily staffing plans, and
adherence to care processes for patient flow to ensure the best
patient experience. \n\n This is a Full Time salaried position
located at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Chula Vista\n\n New Hire
Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.\n\n The
following are not eligible for hiring incentives:\n\n\n\tInternal
candidates\n\tRehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago\n\n\n
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the
following criteria must be met:\n\n\n\tMust remain in original
hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)\n\tMust
remain in original department/specialty\n\tMust remain in original
Job Title\n\n\n Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a
case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive
bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter\n Required
Qualifications: \n\n --- BLS provided by the American Heart
Association\n\n --- ARDMS or CCI\n\n --- CRT\n\n --- AART\n\n --- 3
years' experience in imaging services with a minimum of 1 year in a
leadership role.\n\n Preferred Qualifications: \n\n --- Bachelor's
degree \n\n --- 2 years leadership experience within imaging
