Summary of Position
We're currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic On-Call Tour Specialist who assists clients with their home tours to join our Tours team based in San Diego, CA.
The Tour Specialist role is critical to the success of our business, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the touring experience. As the front line for client engagement, responsibilities include but are not limited to offering services and real estate knowledge of properties, leading property tours, and gathering client feedback for tailored property recommendations. They also perform walkthroughs, inspections, and liaise with clients. This role reports to a Tour Specialist Lead or Field Operation Manager dependent on the market of operation. This is an in the field role, Tour Specialists are dispatched directly from their home and do not report to a physical office location.
Nuances of On Call
This is a regular, ongoing role which is used for substitute coverage and hours are not guaranteed. The position does not have regular scheduled or guaranteed hours, employees are only scheduled on an "as needed." On Call employees are expected to be available at minimum twice a month, Monday through Sunday between the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and are paid for hours worked, with a minimum of 2 hours when called for work. All efforts are made to notify On-Call personnel in advance. Occasionally employees are notified the day of a work assignment. On Call employees may decline work (bookings) when unavailable. Flyhomes will not terminate based on declined work.
Employees must adhere to an agreed upon means of contact and be reachable. On-Call employees may complete personal tasks while waiting but must adhere to the Flyhomes Drug and Alcohol policy when engaging in work. The On-Call position is a fit for candidates with flexibility, seeking supplemental income and for those who still want to be employed with limited hours of work and without a required schedule.
What You'll Do

• 
  
• Use technology tools, hardware and software, proficiently to complete daily tasks including feedback forms and accessing the MLS.
  
• Meet clients throughout the greater metropolitan area of the assigned market to walk through properties they are interested in while being prepared for each event and sharing details with clients on homes, neighborhoods, and the home buying process.
  
• Be an expert advisor for clients when they go on a tour by utilizing the knowledge of nuances that buyers need to be aware of.
  
• Answer client questions and/or document questions for the sales team to follow-up on, and provide feedback after each event.
  
• Make recommendations on a consistent basis to improve the tour process and make Flyhomes tours the best in the industry.
  
  What You'll Bring
  
  • 
    
  • Two or more years of work experience in customer service, sales or real estate preferred
    
  • Possess and maintain an active real estate license
    
  • Possess and maintain valid driver's license and insurance
    
  • Able to work an on call schedule to include Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
    
  • Able to commute to properties across the entire San Diego Metro Area, as needed
    
  • Able to use a reliable and presentable personal vehicle when scheduled for work

      • Essential physical requirements, such as frequently standing, frequently climbing (stairs), occasionally sitting , frequently driving, frequently walking, occasionally bending at the waist, and frequently typing.
        
      • Physical effort/lifting, such as sedentary - up to 10 pounds; light - up to 25 pounds;
        
      • Required to work weekends and evenings until 9 pm
        
      • Travel required. Travel can be up to 200 plus miles in an 8-hour shift.
