Job Description:

I am a Business Owner and Family Man in need of an assistant to help with office administration. If the right candidate is willing to also help with personal tasks and responsibilities outside the office as outlined below that is of major benefit.

You will be working mostly with me but I have a team of about 10 people that have created a great culture over the last 20+ years.

You must be self-motivated, organized and able to figure out things easily. I am very easygoing and laid back but also expect follow-through.

While most of the tasks will be Administrative it would be a major plus if you have Marketing Experience as well.

Responsibilities:

--- Create meeting appointments, write notes, and distribute meeting minutes to ensure team organization
--- Take phone calls and emails and relay relevant information to streamline our processes
--- Maintain filing systems for administrative tasks
--- Arrange travel including hotel, flight, and transportation
--- Prepare meeting spaces for guests to create a welcoming environment
--- Complete any other necessary tasks as assigned
--- Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed
FOR THOSE WILLING TO TAKE ON PERSONAL TASKS
--- LIGHT COOKING
--- CLEANING
--- LAUNDRY
--- CLEANUP AROUND THE HOUSE
--- CARE FOR 4 YEAR OLD BOY

Qualifications:

--- Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly
--- Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience, such as business administration
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office
--- Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
--- Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills
