A company is looking for a People Ops Generalist to empower and
retain an impactful team.
Key Responsibilities
Run day-to-day operations and address employee HR questions with
empathy
Own onboarding and offboarding workflows while improving People
processes and policies
Support cyclical programs by designing and executing engagement
surveys and performance cycles
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in people operations
Understanding of HR topics such as benefits, record management, and
payroll
Baseline data analytics skills for calculating engagement and
turnover
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
Demonstrated interest in crypto and fintech
