Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Representative
(Temporary - Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
Review unpaid invoices in the ETM System and identify potential
problem areas
Contact carriers to inquire about unpaid claims through websites
and phone calls
Report consistent errors in AR trends affecting claim
processing
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum two years of medical billing experience preferred, focusing
on research and claim denials
Knowledge of physician billing and healthcare reimbursement, with
Medicare and Medicaid preferred
Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding
Computer literacy, preferably in Microsoft Office
