Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Associate to support
member, corporate, and foundation relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Support membership growth and retention efforts, including dues
renewal and new member onboarding
Assist in grant and sponsorship management by researching
opportunities and tracking submissions
Maintain databases for members, funders, and donors, ensuring
accurate data entry and communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of experience
in nonprofit fundraising or related areas
Experience in supporting corporate relations, membership
recruitment, and grant management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and member/donor databases,
preferably Salesforce
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines effectively
Passion for nonprofit fundraising and alignment with the mission of
supporting family caregivers
